JRB Events — Refund & Replacement Policy

1. Introduction

This Refund & Replacement Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and ticket replacements are handled for event tickets purchased from JRB ("we", "us", "our") through jrb.sa. Online payments are processed securely by Moyasar. All prices are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. By purchasing a ticket you agree to this policy.

2. Tickets and payment

• A ticket is confirmed only after payment is successfully completed through Moyasar.
• You will receive a confirmation once your registration and payment are complete.
• Each ticket is valid for the specific event, date, and time stated at purchase.

4. Cancellation or rescheduling by the organizer

If we cancel an event, you are entitled to a full (100%) refund.

If we postpone or reschedule an event, your ticket is automatically valid for the new date. If you cannot attend, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the change announcement.

5. Replacement, transfer, and exchange

• Transfer to another person: free of charge up to 24 hours before the event, by contacting us with the new attendee's details.
• Exchange to another event/date: subject to availability. Pay the difference if higher; the difference is non-refundable if lower.
• Replacements do not extend or reset the refund timeframes in Section 3.

6. Non-refundable situations

• Requests made less than 3 days (72 hours) before the event, or after it starts.
• No-shows without prior cancellation.
• Tickets issued free of charge.
• Any service or processing fee shown separately at checkout.

Requests are reviewed within 2 business days.

8. Refund method and timing

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Moyasar.
• Processing typically takes 7–14 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
• We do not issue cash refunds or refunds to a different card/account.

9. Free tickets

Free tickets are non-refundable. You may cancel a free registration at any time to release your place.

10. Force majeure

We are not liable for cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control. In such cases we will offer a refund or a replacement date at our discretion.

11. Your rights

This policy is provided in addition to your rights under the applicable e-commerce and consumer-protection laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
